Join us for an afternoon of relaxed fun activities for all ages.

Celebrate our community and our history, and spend time in our beautiful church. The program is below – but is subject to change, keep checking as we confirm/add things!

Teas, coffees, soft drinks and cake available for a donation – or bring a picnic and picnic in the churchyard.

Come for half an hour or stay all afternoon. Entry is by donation and all activities are free.

Time	Activity
All Afternoon	Stained glass craft activity. Aimed at children 2 years and over, but fun for all ages!
All Afternoon	Brass rubbing craft activity. Cowlinge church has some lovely brasses. We no longer allow rubbing of these, but come and have a go on our specially created replicas (All ages)
All Afternoon	Mediaeval Graffiti Hunt. We have a plethora of graffiti on the columns in the church, some dating back to the 15th Century (or maybe earlier!) Come and see what you can find. (All ages)
On demand	History Tours. Take a walk around the church with our own archaeologist and find out more about the building.
3pm	Organ demonstration and ‘Have a Go’. Join the wonderful Christopher Moore for a short demonstration of our organ before having the opportunity to play it yourself.
